CHALLENGE

Sky Group Of Companies is an international civil aviation engineering and logistics operator which consists of Sky Techniques, Sky Logstics and Sky Engines. The client requested a creative and technical work at the intersection of branding, marketing and software development. The ultimate goal was to design new feel and look for existing web platforms and come up with an idea to reduce lead times and optimize workflow with innovative digital solutions.

/02
solution

A14 started with an overall strategy based on customer journey experience research. When our team identified ways for improvement, we decided not only to refresh the styling of Sky Group of Companies web presence, but also to implement a shipping cost calculator into the client’s preexisting e-commerce website, execute the best solutions for the continued use of their software following its implementation, and create on-boarding procedures for new employees unfamiliar with the program. A14 also created a startegy for client's advertisement through social channels and designed marketing materials for trade shows.

Results

Client integrated our marketing strategy into their communication journey and redcued lead times twice just in 3 months. A14 also redesigned three of client's websites and integrated an inventory management system to streamline their operations, to benefit both employees and customers. A web application was constructed from a pre-existing website. The client now benefits from reduced quote generation timespan. Using the expertise gained from our consultation services, the client also implemented new on-boarding procedures which further reduce workload.

/final words

We are infinitely grateful to the Sky Group of Companies for the trust placed in our team. Following the positive results of the initial project, our collaboration with the client has evolved into a long-term and productive partnership, involving work on the visual and business aspects of all three companies.
