The company Parmastone approached the A14 agency with the goal of entering a new market - Ukraine. The mission of entering this new market was to continue the traditions of the Bareks holding: to gather only the best collections of large-format ceramic granite under the leading brands from around the world. Considering that the company has its history dating back to 1995, the client had quite specific goal - to create and adapt a strong brand based on existing company's traditions for the modern Ukrainian market.
We started with an in-depth market research of the ceramic granite market in Ukraine and its major players. Our team also studied the company's history, the customer prodile, user journey experience, and the client's competitive advantages. The work began with the creation of the color palette and brand style. We designed a complete set of brand identity, including the logo, marketing materials, company presentation, social media assets, business cards, and more. Afterward, we proceeded to create a modern company website that was both stylish, told the company's story, and served as a perfect communication channel with the brand's customers.
The results exceeded all expectations of the Parmastone team. A strong brand was created, emphasizing the company's confidence in its product and appealing to the hearts of consumers. A14's design highlighted that the product was of high quality, beautiful, and attractive. Also, based on our in-depth marketing research, together with our client, we developed a strategy for entering the new market and capturing a significant share of it.
/final words
Entering new markets with an existing brand is always a challenge, as it requires taking into account the realities and trends of the new market, integrating the existing history and established traditions of the company, and addressing key consumer questions - who we are, where we come from, and what sets us apart. A brand is the soul of a business, and we were successful in creating it for Parmastone.
